Hotel Vistula - Krakow

Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Everything is good, I greatly enjoyed cosy room and magnificent location. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located next river. Offers nice service and good food. There is the point to say that free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property.

Booked twin room with 2 separate beds. Central heating and TV were provided for a such great stay with other travellers.

The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and our room was cozy with great heating and a well-lit bathroom.

It was a great hotel, all the staff were so friendly. They spoke English. Breakfast good and the restaurant had great food. Plenty of free parking. Room clean with modern furniture. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good location, good value, delicious breakfast.

Would not recomend the restaurant! Was very disappoining! Two soups on the menu comes as the same one. Pierogi (traditional Polish dumplings) came totally plain, no butter, greaves or anything else to make them moist! Presentation very poor, no decoration at all actually, just from the boiling water straight on the plate and to the customer...worst then canteen! TV in the room almost on the ceiling, could not watch!

This place offers an enjoyable stay with other travelers in a beautiful area located between two hills and just a 5-minute drive from the Main Square.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet place by the river. Unfortunately the location is not perfect for public transport but just 2km from the city center and if you go by taxi, its only 5-6 minutes. If the weather is nice, you can also walk in 30 min. To the center. The stuff is helpful and you can have a nice breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and the hotel confort is very nice for a 3 star hotel. There is also wireless in the room and the connection speed is nice and no connection problems.

There is no heating in the bathroom. When the weather is cold, the bathroom is cold. You can get ill when you have shower. If you keep the bathroom door open, the room gets cold.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the beautiful Wisla river. The location was perfect, not far from the airport and an easy walk to the city center. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with options for both double beds and separate beds. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were basic amenities in the bathroom, including a connected light.

Everything was just fine.

Long way from city and more information on public transport is needed.

Nice clean room, quiet and peaceful location next to the river. Friendly hotel staff, easy walk to trams and buses for attractions. English-speaking reception staff. Sufficient parking space. Modest but sufficient breakfast. Convenient location for river walks, cycling, and exploring the Salwator area. Good coffee machine. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Comfortable beds and warm room. Hotel restaurant provided adequate dining option. Easily accessible public transit system for visiting tourist sites. Cons: Liked everything 😊.

The hotel was quite fine with regard to the price of hotel. The reception staff tried to be helpfull. We used a car to get the the city center which was very suitable because it was quite easy to park the car for free in about 5 minutes walking distance from the center.

Even that the wheather was bit cold the central heating stayed off and the room was cool, sheets kept us warm though :)
